Job Description:
We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join us as Construction Helpers. As a Construction Helper, you'll play a vital role in supporting our construction teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Operating hand tools and power tools under supervision
Providing support to tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Learning and developing skills in various aspects of construction
Requirements:
No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Commitment to safety and following established procedures
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry
