Job Description:

As an Entry-Level HVAC Install Helper and Maintenance Technician, you will assist in installing and maintaining HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians. This role is designed to offer practical experience and foundational skills in HVAC technology, with an emphasis on safety and quality service.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including setting up tools, preparing installation sites, and handling materials.

Perform basic maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation units, including cleaning and replacing filters.

Follow lead technician instructions to learn troubleshooting and repair techniques.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all job sites and in the workshop.

Use and maintain company tools and equipment responsibly.

Participate in training sessions and seek out learning opportunities to advance technical skills.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients’ questions are answered and their property is respected.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic understanding of mechanical systems is a plus.

Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that involve stooping, crawling, and climbing.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
