Registered Dental Assistant - Dentologie
Washington, Seattle-tacoma, 98101 Seattle-tacoma USADentologie is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) (at least six months of general practice DA experience) to provide outstanding patient care in our new Ballard and Queen Anne office(s) in Seattle, WA!

Regarding work schedule, Monday - Thursday our offices have a morning shift (7:30am-2:30pm) and an evening shift (12:30pm-7:30pm). On Friday, we have one shift from 7:30am-3:30pm. We would ask that you are comfortable working Monday-Friday and 5 shifts per week, with 3 morning shifts and 2 evening shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of patient care, office and laboratory duties.
- Assist dentist chairside during examination and treatment of patients during a variety of operative treatment procedures.
- Provide a 10-star Patient experience.
- Contribute positively to an engaging corporate culture.
- Prepares instruments and materials for the dentist for upcoming procedures.
- Provide direct patient care in all dental services, including restorative, orthodontics, pediatric, endodontic, periodontics, prosthodontics and oral surgery.
- Passes dental instruments between provider and assistant (4 handed dentistry).
- Make patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair while preparing them for treatment.
- Sterilize & disinfect instruments, equipment and operatories post treatment.
- Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative procedures and provide oral health education.
- Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.
- Keep treatment records such as charting existing restorations as well as planned treatment.
- Monitor daily supplies for restocking.
- Assists the dentist in providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
- Follows infection control protocol by preparing and sterilizing instruments, equipment, and all clinical settings.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Required: at least six months of General Practice dental assistant experience.
- Minimum requirement: active dental assistant registration in State of Washington.
