Dental Sterilization Tech/Dental Assistant Position

Our family dental office in Bellevue, WA is seeking a team-oriented, hardworking and positive individual to join our friendly and caring team. We are willing to train the right person and encourage anyone to apply! This position is ideal for anyone new to the dental field, including those who would like to go on to hygiene/dental school. We provide a comfortable pace and friendly environment with very helpful staff and dentist.

Responsibilities will center around sterilization (breaking down and setting up operatories for patients, sterilizing instruments and setting up clean instrument trays, stocking supplies). This position does also involves a few dental assistant responsibilities (taking x-rays, flossing/polishing for patients, taking impressions and creating mouth guards).

Pay range is from $18-25 per hour, depending on experience with opportunities to earn bonuses and increased pay based on merit and performance.

Our regularly scheduled days are W-F from 7:30am - 5:30pm. Weekends also available if desired.

Medical insurance is available for full-time employees beginning 3 months after employment.

Sick time starts accruing from day 1 (1 hour per 40 hours worked)

24 hours of vacation time starts 1 year after employment. Each additional year adds 8 more hours up to a maximum of 160 hours per year.

Paid holidays if the holiday falls on regular working day
