Live-in Caregiver

We are a licensed Adult Family Home and we are looking for a caregiver to care for our residents. You’ll build relationships, improve quality of life and provide comfort, joy and safety to residents in a beautiful home in Sequim.

We want to provide exceptional care to those wanting to live in a home-like setting but who also need a higher level of care. We need reliable and compassionate caregivers to add to our team. The ideal candidate will be patient and caring with good interpersonal skills and be willing to learn and grow for years to come.

Job Responsibilities: help administer prescribed medication, assist residents with ambulation and mobility around the house, guide residents through prescribed physical therapy and exercises, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care including toileting, brushing teeth, dressing, etc. as needed. Training will be provided along with certification assistance.

Qualifications: experienced as a caregiver, high school diploma or equivalent, first aid and CPR certification, food handlers permit, NAR/HCA/CNA and 2-step TB test 1-3 days of hire. Must work well independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $300 a day with HCA/CNA license. $225 for NAR
