Amelia Wynn Bistro is seeking experienced line cooks and prep cooks

We are a small casual fine dining restaurant with a local and regionally sourced menu. We are looking for cooks with experience, however, our restaurant is a great spot for someone with entry level culinary training to learn and grow with a professional team.

Openings are available for those familiar with and interested in mastering prep, pantry, salads, desserts, grill, and sauté. Familiarity with classic and New American cuisine is a plus, however we focus on education and cross training for those interested in expanding their culinary knowledge.

Full time and part time positions are available.

Entry pay is $18/hour plus a share of the tip pool to back of house. Applicants with more experience may qualify for a higher opening wage. Our cooks can make on average upwards of $22+/hour depending on the season.

We are currently open for dinner 4 nights a week Thursday-Sunday. Evening shifts are scheduled from 3pm - 9:30pm.

Saturdays and Sundays we offer brunch form 10am-2pm, Brunch shifts are scheduled 8am -3pm.

Prep shifts are Wednesday - Friday from 9am - 3pm.

Shift meals are provided to both FOH and BOH staff.

We’d love to find someone interested in setting down roots in the area, who is interested in working with a veteran staff of folks committed to this industry. Our ownership and management team all started from the ground up in service, and continue to support our staff however we can- you will find us in the dish pit, helping the BOH with prep, and on the floor busing tables whenever we are needed. We're dedicated to building something memorable here, and understand that hard work, compassion, and education are the cornerstones of hospitality.
