Part Time (20-25hrs) Lead Line Cook in South Park - Uncle Eddie's

This is a unique opportunity to join a small, independent and community based team to create something truly special here in a dynamic part of South Seattle. Our house is on a historic corner space in the heart of South Park at 14th Ave South and Cloverdale. We are an all-ages 50-seat pub with a focused kitchen based on grilled sandwiches, house-made soups and salads. On the weekend, we offer a popular pub brunch based on homemade buttermilk biscuits. The beginning schedule will be a part time role with breakfast/lunch shifts on Wednesday 8am-3pm and Thursday 8am-3PM. Brunch shift is Sunday 8am-3pm. There is a potential for more hours in the future. Breakfast (eggs) experience is a big plus.

We respectfully ask for no drop-ins here at the pub but rather start off with a resume or brief work history over email.
