MON - FRI ORDER TAKER 9:30 - 3PM @MARINATION

Marination at our downtown location has a Monday - Friday Order Taker position (9:30 - 3pm) We're looking for strong customer focused, helpful and energetic employees to provide Everyday Aloha to our customers and each other.

$22-27 average an hour. This is the tipped hourly average.

ORDER TAKERS

Order Takers will ideally have experience in a busy restaurant, possess excellent communication and customer service skills.Must be able to work days, at least 3 shifts a week, 9:30am - 3:00 pm. Other PM shifts may also be available.

After 60 days and working an average of 30 hours/week, Marination pays 80% of the premiums for:

Requirements for all Marination jobs:

Must honor shift commitments.

Must work quickly under pressure, follow instructions and adapt accordingly.

Responsible for safely preparing and properly storing food, supplies and equipment.

Lift, carry and move up to 50 pounds of products, supplies and equipment,

Ability to perform repetitive tasks and have a sense of urgency.

Able to stand for long periods of time, make visual inspections, work in a tight, fast paced, warm/hot environment.

Always friendly, flexible, willing to learn and jump in where needed.

Must be a strong reader, excellent communicator, team oriented and comfortable with technology - email, texting, possess a working cell phone.

Candidates must have or readily attain a Washington State Food Worker Card and reliable transportation. Marination Columbia City is on numerous bus routes and 3 blocks from the Light Rail station.
