Haerfest, the newest addition to General Harvest Restaurants (Vendemmia, East Anchor Seafood, Raccolto, Haymaker West Seattle, Autumn, GH Pizza & Pasta.) is looking for line cooks to join our opening team.

We are a restaurant group that is looking to surround ourselves with teammates who want to learn and grow with us. Haerfest will be a neighborhood restaurant with a focus on elevated cuisine.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and the ability to handle high volume orders while maintaining quality and consistency. This is a full-time position with flexible hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards

Manage high volume orders and ensure timely delivery of food

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen

Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low

Requirements:

Proven experience in a full service restaurant

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

Ability to handle high volume orders while maintaining quality and consistency

Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
