experienced line cook needed!

Part time- full time experienced line cook. We make south indian fusion restaurant quality food with intention out of a food trailer. We have a very small team and are looking for an evening closer Wed-sun who is capable of being alone or with one other person. Possibly also for monday and tuesday shifts.
