You will play a crucial role in building high-quality, performant, and engaging user experiences for AWS events' attendees.Your role will be instrumental in delivering seamless, high-performance applications that enhance the way attendees interact, learn, and connect at AWS events, with attendance reaching up to 60K users.Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.Key job responsibilitiesFull-stack development of native mobile applications iOS or android platforms. Architect and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.Lead projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, test and launch innovative application experiences.Drive the product vision and translate business requirements into customer-facing features that delight attendees.Enhance and optimize existing software components, ensuring reliability and maintainability of the codebase through continuous refactoring and performance optimization.Provide mentorship to other engineersEnsure mobile applications comply with security, data protection, accessibility standards, and App Store/Play Store guidelines.About the teamABOUT AWS:Diverse ExperiencesAmazon values diverse experiences. 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Experience in Android or iOS application development.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Experience with cloud technologies and their integration with mobile applications.
Familiarity with cross-platform mobile development frameworks like React Native.

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
