The Digital Marketing Manager will design, test, and scale best-in-class digital campaigns, cross-sharing best practices and insights with Global teams. This role is primarily responsible for managing email campaigns, executing experiments, and optimizing based on performance analysis and impact assessments. In addition, they will also be a key contributor on special projects and strategic initiatives across channels, including testing into white space opportunities. The ideal candidate will be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (creating and managing campaigns with marketing tools, analyzing customer engagement data, and solving problems). The Digital Marketing Manager should be passionate about our customers and must have proven analytical capability, direct experience driving results through email automation campaigns, and the ability to multi-task. A successful candidate will thrive with ambiguity, be motivated by a fast-paced environment, and enjoy discovering insights through data. They will be an ambitious self-starter with the ability to operate independently, provide recommendations backed by data, and implement those recommendations for key initiatives in a timely manner.Key job responsibilities Manage email automation campaigns to drive new seller success Own the experimental testing design to uncover key insights and inform future campaigns Build and execute campaigns, report on individual campaign results and bigger picture trends Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics, including ROI Document best practices in execution and reporting that will serve as a model for partner teams Establish automated reporting and optimization processes Collaborate closely with technical, business, finance and design teams, as well as coordinate with other cross Amazon performance marketing professionalsBasic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Experience with email automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, or other)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
