Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing and managing a designated facility zone ensuring that service levels meet the standards needed by patients and clinical teams. Coordinate, schedule, and manage maintenance and repair of building systems. Engage with interdisciplinary teams of engineers, tradespeople, contractors, and vendors to accomplish the work in the most cost effective and timely manner possible. Assure compliance with all applicable regulations including, local and State, DNV and DOH. Ensures the reliability of engineered systems within the hospital as it pertains to daily operations.

Requirements:

Required Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or a related field.

Experience in Facilities Management, ideally in a hospital or healthcare system.

Required Credentials:

Preferred:

Relevant certifications are desirable (e.g CFM, CHFM, FMP - Facilities Management Professional, or SFP - Sustainability Facilities Professional)

Min to Max Hourly Salary:

$48.91 - $73.36 /hr

Min to Max Annual Salary:

$101,732.80 - $152,588.80 /yr

Salary Information:

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
