Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior Procurement Agent (Levels 2, 3, or 4) to join our In-Service Supply Chain team in Everett, Washington, Seattle, Washington, or Seal Beach, California.This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.We are committed to provide our team equal opportunity for growth in a stable work environment. Develops, prepares, coordinates and integrates project plans to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion. Coordinates ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between cross functional teams. Prepares schedule, reports, metrics, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.

Program Manage the Component Reliability Collaboration (CRC) process across multiple airplane model platforms and multiple stakeholders, including the Fleet Chief Office, Production/ Design Engineering, Suppliers and In-Service Supply Chain. Analyze supplier performance, identify part issue for further analysis, monitor and track metrics (delays, removals, etc.) and make visible to stakeholders.

Support process development, implementation, integration and stabilization activities, and additional duties as assigned.

Employ Seek, Speak & Listen (SS&L) to actively communicate, engage and establish relationships with managers, peers, customers, and stakeholders, keep others informed.

Works with urgency and makes recommendations to management in support of business goal objectives.

Maintains effectiveness and adjusts easily when experiencing changes in work task, processes, and/or requirements

Ability to support travel up to 15%

This position requires proven ability to operate in a collaborative environment developing strong relationships across teams and functions to ensure overall success of business objectives.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options .The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

1+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes

1+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings

Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (less than 10% may be required)

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)

10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)

Typical Education/Experience:Associate (Level 2): Typically, 3 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Mid-Level (Level 3): Typically, 5 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Senior (Level 4): Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience.
