We are seeking experienced candidates for the position of Co-Lead Toddler Teacher. The ideal candidate will be able to start October 21st to complete onboarding prior to starting the lead position in December.
At Hutch Kids, we use the Creative Curriculum as a framework to thoughtfully construct a child-centered, developmentally appropriate, emergent curriculum that encourages children's self-confidence, spontaneity, curiosity, and self-discipline.
As a whole and within each classroom, we consider ourselves a community of learners. Teachers work as a team with a co-teacher and an assistant teacher to develop and implement a positive, nurturing and stimulating environment suited for the individual developmental needs of each child. Low classroom ratios allow for the development of secure, lasting relationships between children, teachers, and families. Hutch Kids is accredited by NAEYC and participates in Early Achievers.
