Child Care Teacher (Pre-K)

Qualification, Duties/Requirements

- Positive work attitude at all times.

- Teacher must enjoy working with young children and have experience with the management of multiple children.

- Work collaboratively with classroom teaching as well as with other staff.

- Manage the children appropriately and follow the school's policies and procedures.

- Maintain an engaging and developmentally appropriate environment.

- Perform routine cleaning tasks in classroom.

- Must be willing to follow health and safety protocols.

- Willingness to complete all required online and in-person training in a timely manner.

- Follow all state and local health department and licensing laws.

- The hours of Monday - Friday 10:30am - 2:30pm

- Reliability and punctuality

- Clear DCYF Background check required ; Must have current US work authorization.

- Negative test result

- Proof of MMR and Covid -19 vaccinations

- CPR/First-Aid certified (for infant/children/adult)

- Minimum 18 years of age

- Experience in early childhood education a must.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
