Seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full/part time as a car rental agent.

The Car Rental Service Agent is responsible for optimizing the rental experience by drafting rental agreements, providing exceptional customer service, and anticipating possible upsells for each individual's needs. As a Car Rental Service Agent, you will educate our customers on their buying options and serve them with the highest level of respect, professionalism and friendliness.

Our agents are also expected to educate potential and present customers on our entire fleet, our line of coverages, and special extras.

Expected hours: 15 – 30per week

Experience level:

Business Hours:

Monday-Friday = 9a-5pm

Saturday = 9a-3pm

Sunday = 9a-1pm

Duties:

Renting out vehicles, Trucks.

You will be in charge of washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing your branch's vehicles, from trucks and vans to cars of all sizes, in accordance with our service routine, making sure that all vehicles are secure and clean.
