Data Entry Warranty Customer Service Representative

Position Type: Full-time, Hourly

Location: In Office; Auburn, WA

Wage Scale: $20.00– $26.00/hour

Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Responsibilities:

- Customer Service tasks and problem-solving with customers (builders)

- Investigate claims from builders, confirm if claims are valid and are covered by warranty

- Review all warranties

- Accurately process orders, application forms, and requests into data base

- Dispatch and schedule service technicians

- Creating and establishing great relationships with our builders

- Log all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

- Various administration duties

- Other duties maybe assigned

Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills, and professional telephone skills

- Prior experience working in construction, HVAC, fireplace, or garage industries is a plus

- Ability to learn and understand technical aspects

- Ability to use basic software such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

- Regular attendance is required
