Field Service Consultant Needed For Commercial Janitorial Industry

POSITION SCOPE: Road Warrior Position- Field Service Consultant is responsible for overseeing designated accounts and primarily tasked with quality control. We are a franchisee based business and responsibilities include training and support. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends a must. Candidate needs to be highly motivated, professional, client service oriented and interested in a fast paced rapidly growing work environment. We will provide a competitive salary of 55-60k dependent on experience, plus commission / bonus potential, medical benefits, car allowance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Inspects accounts at the rate of once per month or quarterly depending on pre set schedule.

On site visits with Franchise Owners as and when needed.

Calls new accounts within 24 hours of receiving notice of new customer

Meets with new contacts to establish relationships

Performs initial assessment via ‘walk-through’ of new potential Franchise Owners

Sets up new accounts and provide assistance in the ‘new accounts’ process

Provides ‘on-site’ training for new Franchise Owners and complete new Franchise Owner paperwork

Reviews customer needs for consumable supply orders

Resolves customer complaints as necessary

Transfers customers between owners if requested

Informs all owners of transfers and assists in the transfer process through walk-throughs and information exchange

Facilitates resolution of customer complaints
