Administrative Assistant -

We are Northwest Playground Equipment, Inc., the leading supplier of quality park and playground equipment in the Pacific Northwest. We have provided commercial-grade products to hundreds of schools and community groups for over 25 years. Our mission is to provide excellent customer service with high quality products to make every project a success.

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our team. Admin responsibilities include preparing quotes for customers, entering customer information into Salesforce, reviewing bid opportunities, working with our suppliers and customers to determine the best product, and manage multiple projects.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a full-time position with competitive wages and benefits.

Requirements:

2+ years of administrative experience

Must be detailed oriented

Construction Experience a plus

Some bookkeeping experience a plus

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously - with the ability to quickly prioritize

Assist with projects and overflow

Excellent communication skills

Computer proficient with solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/Team)

Salesforce a plus
