VinAudit.com is an ambitious startup seeking to disrupt the automotive industry in the US & Canada. Founded in 2011, we seek to bring transparency to the car buying process. Through our online VIN search tools, millions of users have save money and avoid car buying scams. We're a lean, agile team with a bold vision for the future of vehicle data.

The Opportunity: As our Chief of Staff, you'll be the right hand to our CEO, playing a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic vision. You'll wear many hats, from overseeing daily operations and driving cross-functional alignment to anticipating challenges and proactively finding solutions. You'll be a master of execution, a strategic thinker, and a trusted advisor, all rolled into one.

What You'll Do:

- Partner with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure seamless internal processes.

- Foster cross-functional collaboration and break down silos across departments.

- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop solutions.

- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
