Bookkeeper

Full Charge Part-time Bookkeeper position available with Everett-based nonprofit: Church of Divine Man.

Looking for a licensed independent contractor for approximately four hours per week. Work to be done onsite, not remotely.

Responsibilities include: Paying Bills, Posting Disbursements, Donations and other receipts to Quickbooks, Reconciling Bank Accounts, Processing Financial Reports, Working with Payroll Company, Assists updating bookkeeping guidelines, Assisting with Year-End Reporting to the Board and Year-End Thank You Letters to Donors.

Professional Bookkeeping experience required

Experience with nonprofit accounting and donation tracking a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks

Excellent organizational and communication skills

References Required

Washington State Business License required

Background check required

Approximately four hours per week

$30-$35 / hour depending on experience

Work hours during the following days/times: Wednesdays-Sundays from 9am-4pm
