JAKS CONTINENTAL TRANSPORT INC. is hiring for Office Assistant, one full time position. We are looking for a person who:

Has a strong sense of honesty and trustworthiness.

Has a strong sense of confidentiality.

Has the ability to multitask and prioritize those tasks.

Has strong communication skills.

Has a strong sense of attention to detailing

Has a high level of time urgency to meet deadlines.

Has a high level of accuracy.

Has a high level of reliability.

Is proficient in Excel and 10-Key.

Has experience in A/R, A/P invoicing and accounting.

The primary role for the open position is DISPATCHER AND ACCOUNTS MANAGER .We would prefer to hire someone with working knowledge in the trucking industry with experience in QuickBooks, but if the right candidate comes along without these two preferences, we will consider the applicant.

Work hours are 7am-4pm Monday-Friday.
