Excellent typing and data entry skills are a must, as well as thorough familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Experience with Excel vlookups, if-statements, and macros would be helpful but is not essential. Good written and verbal communications skills also will be important in this position for interaction with employees and client contacts.

Deliver accurate invoices in an efficient and professional manner

Record all transactions accurately

Hold a reliable in depth understanding of your work

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

General Skills:

Positive and driven, with a team-oriented attitude

Sharp with a mind for details

Efficient and flexible work habits

Innovative – deliver creative solutions to outstanding corporate challenges (highly preferred)

Technical Skills:

General comfort with Excel

E-Mail, 10-key, Internet

Salesforce experience (preferred)

Advanced Excel – vLookups, if-statements, macros (highly preferred)
