Laboratory Assistant: Clinical Lab - Variable, Per Diem Temporary

DescriptionUnder the general supervision of the Supervisor, Phlebotomy performs and reports waived and moderately complex laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology and microbiology; Processes specimens for clinical analysis, phlebotomy; Assists the technologists; Reacts to change productivity; and handles other tasks as assigned.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. H.S. Diploma or GED: From an accredited educational institution.

Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of a structured or accredited Clinical Assistant training program.

Two years: Phlebotomist experience.

One year: Waived testing experience.
