Senior Security Operations Manager

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc.Position Title: Senior Security Operations ManagerLocation: Redmond, Washington (WA)Summary:The Senior Security Operations Manager manages and develops campus response strategies to include the completion of daily operational tasks to support all elements of a large technology client's security operations. This is a critical leadership role that is responsible for developing and optimizing workforce operation. The Senior Operations Manager must be able to develop and drive workforce productivity, execute the operations program strategy and interface regularly with the client and vendor partners on security-related matters. Activities include but are not limited to critical incident management, reporting, investigations, policy enforcement related to operational effectiveness, risk management, and employee engagement.Benefits:Based on experience, Securitas will offer a base salary of $110-$120K/Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

Position Qualifications:

Must be at least 25 years of age

Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone)

Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private)

Must have the legal right to work in the United States

Capability of managing guard service functions and conflict resolutions

Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service

Organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

Education/Experience:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree Preferred

5+ years of; Security Management, Law Enforcement Experience

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the Company

Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.

Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
