Microsoft’s Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. Our mission is to deliver the world’s computer with an industry-leading supply chain. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.Within Azure Hardware Systems & Infrastructure, the Spares Parts team is responsible for ensuring that the right spare parts, are in the right place, at the right time in support of delivering global capacity requirements. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced Supply Chain Operations Program Manager (Network) to proactively manage demand and supply activities for specific hardware product within the Cloud space. In this role, you will perform complex forecast analysis for spare parts and/or manage supply side purchase activities to ensure positioning of Hardware at global scale. In this role you may also manage and enable proactive Spare Parts Life Cycle decisions by influencing and executing cross-fucntional activities. This role will operate in a global, dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will ensure that we provide and enable core equipment in support of global teams by engineering and managing robust processes for reliable delivery of Service Parts to our datacenters worldwide.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Drive initiatives to scale and transform the Spares Supply Chain, to include management of programs from the incubation to operationalization stage.

Assists others working with cross-functional stakeholders to design programs from initiation to delivery.

Helps produce collateral (proposals, strategy walking deck) to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure that business objectives are met.

Leveraging an understanding of customer and business roadmaps, feedback, and analytics, participates / leads initiatives addressing datacenter pain points and actions needed to ensure world-class spares availability and service.

Enable the implementation of a multi-year, in-process warranty transformation journey.

Ensure that new processes and systems impacting datacenter touch points are proactively understood, managed for risk, and implemented with success.

Drive optimization and simplification in fulfillment processes and tools for the Spares and Warranty Supply Chain.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Network Operations, Statistics, or related field AND 2+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, network operations-related roles, or engineering

These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proficiency in data analytics to include Excel, Power BI, etc. 

Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment

Prior experience in Spares and / or Fulfillment processes, preferably in the high-tech industry

Lean-6 sigma black/green belt, PMP, Kaizen, CPIM/CSCP certification, or relevant project and process experience preferred

Fulfillment & Logistics IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,800 - $144,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $95,100 - $157,900 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
