Trim Carpenter $100K plus a year

We are looking for the trim carpenter to do be the primary field lead of our residential projects.

- Pick what you want to do for the day.

- Pick the jobs you want.

- Never work in rain.

- Never have to do another bid or invoice.

- Never work over 8 hrs/day or 40 hrs/week, unless desired.

- Profit sharing opportunities.

Competitive hourly rate. The most desirable applicants will be confident running a crew independently.

Hourly wage increases for each employee and subcontractor that works underneath you.

30% of our net profit is held in a “rework” account. We share this at the end of the year if your projects didn’t need rework.
