Property Manager - Landscaping etc.

Looking for a Property Manager that can do the following:

Mow and weed-eat the property

Back fill retaining wall construction with drainage rock and soil

Kill weeds and add gravel to areas that are over grown with weeds

Construct livestock fencing

Work on organic garden build out of garden beds

Run simple irrigation line for garden and hay field

Be a second hand for building a simple storage structure

Plant landscaping flowers, shrubs and trees

Apply chips around orchard trees

Painting indoor storage and outdoor structures and fences

Pressure wash

Harvest organic food from the garden

Pick and store blackberries

Help butcher farm animals

On really rainy days or bad weather days we have indoor greenhouse plant work.

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with 2 paid 10 minute breaks and a unpaid 0.5 hour lunch break. Monday - Friday, 5 Days on 2 Days off. Days of the week off are Saturday and Sunday.

This is a full time position of 40 hours per week. Pay starts at $23.50/hr. and a raise after 60 day probationary period. Located in Port Angeles, WA.

Requirements:

Must have valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Someone who likes working outside.

Can pass a background check.

Likes animals and understands to be calm around them.

Must be able to take critique well and have a positive attitude.
