Weekend BLTC Baker $25+ hr avg.

Year-round, part-time baking/kitchen prep job in an all organic scratch cafe. We are serious about coffee and organic food. We are located in downtown Port Townsend on the water and serve locals year-round along with tourists in the summer. The job includes creating pastries from scratch, preparing soups, proteins, deli items and all other kitchen tasks including dishes. Must be fast paced and capable of working in tight quarters with or without direction. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. A good attitude and willingness to learn a must. Must be a self starter. Commercial kitchen/baking experience required for an interview. Must be available to work weekend afternoons. Please leave resume at cafe or email. Pay Scale:

Barista/Baker Starting Pay: $16.28 per hour + tips

Raise 1: (85% out of 100% score or higher) at 6 month review: $17.28 per hour + tips

Raise 2: (85% out of 100% score or higher) at 1 year review: $18.00 per hour + tips

Raise 3: (85% out of 100% score or higher) at 1.5 year review: $19.00 per hour + tips

Raise 4: (85% out of 100% score or higher) at 2 year review: $20.00 per hour + tips

All raises are pending 85% or higher score on peer evaluations
