Jobsite Clean-up and General Laborer Needed for TC Home Builder

Tri-Cities area builder is looking for someone who wants to join a growing, energetic company. Duties will include cleaning up job sites during construction, setting up sprinklers for dust control (ON EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS TOO, WHEN IT'S WINDY - and we all know the wind kicks up in the Tri-Cities whenever it feels like it - it doesn't take into consideration that we may be at a game, dinner, or family event). Additional duties include mowing lawns, pulling weeds, and removing tumbleweeds, digging holes, installing signs, pressure washing, stacking and moving building materials, and driving a trailer or dumptruck. Must be able to back up a trailer and dumptruck safely at job sites and at the dump. Typical hours for this position will be 7am - 4pm.

This position requires a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50lbs consistently, and to work safely, efficiently, and quickly. DO NOT apply if you are a smoker - we are a Non-Smoking company.

There is potential for growth - the right person may need to assist in framing and construction duties as well as the duties listed above.
