Full Job Description:

Twin Sisters is looking for a professional line/prep cook and dishwasher. The ideal candidate will work 2 shifts as a line/prep cook and 2 shifts as a dishwasher. When working the line, you will be expected to prepare food to the Kitchen Manager’s exact specifications and to set up all necessary stations for the menu. Duties will consist of assisting the Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Leads with their daily tasks. When working as a dishwasher, you will be expected to properly clean, store, and maintain a wide variety of kitchenware. This job requires the ability to stand for hours and lift objects overhead.

Key Job Duties:

· Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.

· Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meats, preparing sauces)

· Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team.

· Answer, report, and follow Kitchen Manager and Leads instructions and guidelines.

· Keep a clean, sanitized work station and properly take care of leftover food.

· Ensure that food is cooked in a high-quality manner and served in a timely fashion.

· Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations, as well as current safety standards.

· Maintain a professional demeanor with coworkers and customers.

· Loading and unloading dishwashing machine.

· Prioritize high-use items.

· Hand wash specific items (wooden cutting boards, delicate chine, etc.)

· Properly storing kitchenware
