Manager in training

We offer a $500 bonus after completion of training as well as a $500 bonus after 90 days of management.

We are looking for candidates who are interested in becoming a manager. The opening manager works roughly 6am-2pm. The opening shift includes slicing vegetables and meats for the day and continuosly baking bread. The closing manager works roughly 2pm- 9pm. The closing shift includes slicing meats, and executing cleaning procedures. This position has many advancement opportunities, including the General Manager position. Includes weekdays and weekends.

The perfect candidate for this position has a reasonably open schedule and is ready to work. Someone who can move with a purpose and remain coachable.

Food service experience preferred. Management experience not necessary.

Tasks

Oversees crew on lunch/dinner shifts

Executes daily paperwork/tasks efficiently

Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches

Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and procedures

Must be able to pass sandwich test at end of first week of employment and at future testing times.

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms

Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments from customers and makes change

Must have reliable transportation.
