If you're passionate about building scalable platforms, solving complex technical challenges, and mentoring engineering teams, we'd love to hear from you!As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the Walmart Marketplace Platform, driving innovation through modern cloud-native technologies while collaborating with product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver world-class solutions.What You'll DoDesign and build scalable, high-performance applications using Java, React, and TypeScript.Architect and develop microservices and RESTful APIs for Walmart Marketplace.Lead technical design discussions and drive architectural decisions for distributed systems.Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.Mentor software engineers and promote engineering best practices across the team.Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional engineering teams.Maintain application health through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.Build and enhance developer platforms, frameworks, and shared engineering tools.Leverage cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes to deliver reliable solutions.Champion innovation and contribute to the continuous evolution of Walmart's Marketplace Platform.
