Get started! Requisition Summary This position in the PACCAR Inc Corporate Treasury group will have responsibilities related to the Company’s cash investments and pension investments. Treasury oversees PACCAR’s $7.5 billion in cash and marketable securities and $6 billion in ERISA pension and savings plan assets. We are seeking a motivated individual with strong analytical skills, good judgement and a passion for corporate finance and the financial markets. The position is located in Bellevue, WA. Job Functions / Responsibilities

Prepare accounting reconciliations and support schedules for cash investment and marketable security investment income and fair value reporting accounting entries.

Prepare support schedules and reconciliations of pension plan investments for annual reporting disclosures.

Participate in all facets of PACCAR’s cash and investment management activities including policy setting, compliance monitoring, and purchase of money market funds, bank deposits, treasury bills and other short-term investments.

Prepare monthly pension plan reports detailing investment fund performance relative to market and custom benchmarks.

Utilize systems including Clearwater Analytics, bank custodian reporting systems, online banking cash management systems and Bloomberg Financial Markets in performing daily activities.

Conduct Sarbanes-Oxley user access reviews, segregation of duties analysis and other internal control duties.

Meet with banks, investment managers and consultants as required to assist in the management of PACCAR’s cash investment, marketable securities and pension and savings plans.

Review investment management fee invoices for compliance with agreements and process for payment.

Provided assistance to other Treasury analysts with daily cash management processes and other Treasury activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field required.

2+ years of work experience in related field.

CFA designation or desire to work towards is preferred.

Strong accounting skills and/or experience investment accounting issues such as ASC 820 fair value and derivatives is desired.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with Clearwater Analytics, Bloomberg, and other financial systems is a plus.

Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy.

Ability to meet deadlines, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
