Now Hiring - Residential Roofing Repair & Punchlist Technician

CB Chandler Companies is seeking an experienced Roofing Repair & Punch List Technician to oversee and complete roofing punch list items on new home construction projects. This role requires a well-rounded roofing professional who can perform final detail work, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain a safe and efficient job site.

Responsibilities:

Manage and complete roofing punch list repairs for new home construction projects, including:

Pipe collars, flashing, spot shingle replacement

Small tear-offs (1–2 squares if needed)

Verify all roofing items meet company and builder quality standards

Coordinate with crews and site superintendents to complete closeout items

Operate and maneuver company-provided truck, trailers, and ladders

Maintain strict jobsite safety and ensure compliance with fall protection standards

Requirements:

2–3+ years of residential roofing experience

Strong knowledge of roofing punch list repairs and quality control

Good driving record (company truck provided)

Familiar with trailers, ladders and working at height

Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Previous Fall Protection Training and safety awareness

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience)
