Lead Carpenter- Residential Remodeling

Pay: Starts at $30/hour (depends on experience) 40 hours a week guaranteed

We’re a home remodeling company looking for a skilled and experienced carpenter to take the lead on our residential projects. If you know your way around framing, finish work, cabinetry, and all the details that make a home look amazing, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: You’ve been doing residential remodeling for at least 5 years and can handle a variety of tasks—framing, trim work, flooring, cabinets, etc.

Leadership: You’re comfortable running the show on-site, keeping things on track, and helping out the rest of the crew.

Detail-Oriented: You take pride in doing quality work and making sure every detail is just right.

Problem-Solver: When things don’t go as planned, you can figure out solutions and keep the project moving.

Reliable: You show up on time, ready to work, and are easy to get along with.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading residential remodeling projects from start to finish.

Handling everything from framing to finish carpentry.

Working with project managers, other team members, and sometimes clients to keep things running smoothly.

Keeping the job site safe and organized.

What You Need:

At least 5 years of carpentry experience in residential remodeling.

Familiarity with all the tools and materials needed for the job.

Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.

A good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
