Water Damage Technician - Immediate Hire

Richmond-area Fire, Water and Mold Restoration company is seeking to hire full-time employees to start working IMMEDIATELY on our team. Pay starts between $17-$24 an hour, based off your experience, skills and any IICRC certifications.

At a minimum, you MUST have:

valid drivers license

no felonies

motivation to work every day, not just when you feel like coming in

positive attitude

reliable transportation to get to and from work

good communication skills

NOTE: IICRC certified is a plus, but will pay to get you certified as a IICRC water damage tech and then you will move up in pay scale as well.

We will supply you with work van and all the tools/equipment for the job including hand and power tools, PPE and uniform.

We have 40+ hours of work available a week during the day. You must also be able to take emergency on-call once a month for a week to handle emergency after hour calls that come in. After hours and weekends will pay time and a half. You will get paid every Friday for your work. We do offer benefits of health insurance, dental and vision.
