Looking for Experienced Drywaller to help start a business

We are developing plans to start a new Drywall Repair business to serve the Richmond, VA area. As part of this initial planning, we are seeking a drywaller/drywall finisher with at least 5 years of experienced who has or is capable of obtaining an HIC contractors classification. This will require high standards: 1) you can't find the repair after it's done and 2) you can't find a speck of dust after we leave the job site.
