Handyman needed for Maintenance Projects

Handyman needed for Maintenance Projects in Apartments in Richmond’s Fan District. We are a small family owned business, with a great work environment, and competitive pay.

Part-time position, 1-2 days per week. Job sites are open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. You decide your schedule.

SKILLS NEEDED:

Basic Plumbing

Basic Electrical

HVAC repair

Appliance repair

Minor Drywall Repair and Touch up Painting.

Vinyl floor repairs and installation.

Light Carpentry repairs.

Requirements:

- Basic Hand Tools

- Cell phone

- A valid Driver's License and Vehicle - Criminal Background Check/drug test

- Able to climb a ladder - Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and move up to 50lb objects
