Hardscape Project Manager

Local hardscape company is hiring for a full-time project manager to join our expanding business!

The project manager is responsible for pre-job planning & job execution. The project manager will work with sales to understand the scope of the project and execute in timely and organized fashion within the budget of the job with our various crew leads and team members.

This position will mainly be on site working with our crews to start new projects, status check ins during the project, and updates with the client along the way. Project Manager will be responsible for ordering material for each project and working closely with our suppliers to ensure material is delivered on-time and accurately.

Requirements

- Great attitude, character, integrity, strong work ethic, loyalty, team mentality & trustworthiness

- 5 years’ experience as a foreman and/or construction project manager specifically focused in hardscaping

construction

- Ability to read and scale blueprints + successfully manage and lead multiple crews of 3-5 team members,

including subs

- Manage timelines and budgets

- Manage customer expectations

- Willingness to teach others

- Experience with hardscaping installations, low voltage lighting, masonry & natural stone

Valid United States drivers license
