Seeking cabinet maker for busy shop

My lead man of over 30 years passed away unexpectedly. Seeking someone responsible and able to learn as well as lift full sheets of plywood to be ripped on the table saw. Plenty of work, reputable company. Must have transportation. No tools required. Willing to teach. Pay varies upon experience and ability to perform.
