Custom Trim carpenter needed

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Custom carpentry and finishing company as a Trim Carpenter. Our company provides clients with masterful, perfect trim and project finishing. As a part of our team, you will provide excellent customer service while you install trim on baseboards, molding,trim of windows, doors, baseboards, crown molding, mantels and other ornamental custom projects. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with trim carpentry, though we can provide training for those with related experience in cabinet making, finish carpentry, and baseboard installation. This is a physically demanding job, and you must be able to crouch, bend, and lift objects throughout a normal shift.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

Prior carpentry experience with finishing, cabinetry, baseboards, or framing

Strong communication,teamwork skills and Attentive to details

Reliable transportation

Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers

Possession of own carpentry tools

Strong attendance record

Eagerness and willingness to learn and receive instruction/direction from qualified Journeyman Carpenter

Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner

Effective verbal and listening communication skills

Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, power tools
