Shop Mechanic - Full Time - Heavy Equipment

We are seeking a skilled mechanic to join our team FULL TIME. We're located in Doswell, Virginia.

Job duties include:

– Performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment

– Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues

– Ordering parts

– Maintaining accurate records of all work performed

Type of equipment we repair:

– Small Dirt Equipment – skid steers, backhoes, mini excavators

– Utility Line Equipment – trucks, chippers, tractors

– Aerial Equipment – boom and scissor lifts, telehandlers, forklifts

Qualifications needed:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair

– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals

– Strong problem-solving skills

– Excellent communication skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Valid driver’s license
