Gutter Cleaning

I need gutters cleaned on 2 properties in Richmond city. Both houses single level but will need a ladder to get to the gutters and clear the leaves off the roof. Also, need removal of medium sized dead tree leaning over fence. $200 for gutters and $75 for tree.
