Responsibilities:

Prepare menu items efficiently and consistently according to recipes.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain it as needed.

Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food truck area.

Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.

Assist with taking orders and interacting with customers during busy periods.

Support restocking and inventory management.

Qualifications:

Previous cooking experience, preferably in fast-paced or food truck environments.

Familiarity with food safety regulations and possession of a food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain).

Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in small, dynamic spaces.

Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
