The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, excellent communication skills. Project will consist of mostly new construction homes, the estimator will be responsible for 3-4 projects at a time. Passion for delivering high quality estimates for custom homes. Work Breakdown-40% Estimation Proposal Work-20% Onsite revision to estimation-20% Contractor relations/Change order estimations-20% Client interactionTechnical Questions:-What size estimations have you been a part of?Skills:Estimation, Construction, Bidding, Estimating software, residential construction, Construction management, Pricing, Bluebeam, Project management, takeoffsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

Work with procurement of building supplies

Ability to interact with clients

Experience presenting proposals and estimates

Background in Residential custom building

Creation of Takeoffs
