Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper

Small and growing accounting firm in Midlothian, Virginia seeks a Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

QuickBooks

Account Reconciliation

Producing Monthly Financial Statements; reviewed by senior member

Payroll, including being able to make tax deposits as needed

Sales Tax

Prepare Personal tax returns

Prepare Business tax returns

Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, computer proficient, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to work in a team environment.

At least 3-5 years' experience preferred

Job type: Part-time / Seasonal (25-32 hours, could be more during tax season)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 an hour

Schedule: Monday thru Friday
