HR Associate Job Category Human Resources Market Location VA - Northern Virginia Location VA - Reston Apply Now (https://phg.tbe.taleo.net/phg01/ats/careers/v2/applyRequisition?org=NVRINC&cws=52&rid=33239) As an HR Associate at NVR, parent company of Ryan Homes and NVHomes, you will provide HR support to a dynamic team and assist in the delivery of HR services to the business.Primary Responsibilities
Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR Team members to support hiring, retention, and development
Support the recruiting function by preparing job offer letters
Facilitate the background check and I-9 process for new hires
Support employee benefits administration including the annual benefits open enrollment process, audits, and leave of absence management
Answer employee and management questions on a variety of HR related topics including providing basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Develop reports and analyze data to drive decision making and process improvements
Manage and maintain information within NVR’s HRIS
Support adhoc projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, or related field
Prior Human Resources administration experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and experience handling confidential information
Proficient organizational skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate data and develop charts/reports
