As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be an expert at your craft: research, candidate generation and high-touch experience, management of an OFCCP compliant process, ensuring a diverse slate, competency-based selection process, complex offer negotiations, and internal executive partnering. Partnering with business leaders and HR business partners to understand the current hiring needs for key ICF growth areas including Tech, Digital Transformation, and Public Sector hiring.

Conducting thorough intake meetings with key stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each search and to plan the detailed search strategy.

Ensuring job descriptions are compelling, compliant and speak to ICF’s core commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Partner with the TA Brand team to promote ICF’s Employer Value Proposition

Screen, shepherd and negotiate with top talent for ICF roles.

Be the primary point of contact of on day-to-day search activity, driving process, removing roadblocks, working through challenges and providing progress reports.

Serving as a trusted advisor and valued advisor to internal stakeholders to build a deep understanding of their business, help anticipate needs, take a planned, strategic approach to hiring and minimize reactive efforts.

Work closely with the broader Talent Acquisition Team to participate in projects and initiatives that result in a better client and candidate experience such as Interview training, DEI and onboarding.

What you will bring to the job (required qualifications):

5+ years of progressive corporate recruiting experience and/or experience working for a search firm or retained search group.

2+ years of experience recruiting for technical (Developer and Engineering) skill sets in the Information Technology industry.

1.5+ years of experience using advanced sourcing techniques and outreach to identify and engage with passive talent and build strong talent pipelines.

1+ years of experience working with Beamery or another CRM.

5+ years of experience working with Workday or another ATS.

What you might have to be successful (preferred qualifications)

2+ years of US Federal/Public Sector experience.

1+ years of experience recruiting for platform developers for the following partners: ServiceNow, Appian, Salesforce, AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake

1+ year of experience in running searches for Business Development positions in the Federal contracting/consulting spaces

3+ years of experience advising and influencing leadership.

Professional Skills and Experience:

Being comfortable in a visible role requiring good judgment, strong and tested partnership skills, and experience working at pace.

Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills and experience being able to work well with all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to develop positive relationships with leaders and work as a trusted advisor.

Passionate about creating an elevated candidate experience.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or standards.

Ability to learn and follow detailed processes
